I’m Michael Rayburn, owner of Texas Tunes. I’ve been in business since 2001 and have performed at countless weddings, parties and corporate events all across North Texas. Texas Tunes is a family-operated business. It’s just me and my wife, Lisa. Because we are a small business, we can focus our attention on each event individually and provide great service. But just because we’re small doesn’t mean we aren’t good. We provide the absolute best in event entertainment. Some DJs resort to corny games, group dances or wacky costumes during their “performance.” It may seem fun at the moment, but it is likely that you and your guests will look back on the event and remember these gimmicks as juvenile and embarrassing.
We specialize in working with clients who place a high priority on the satisfaction of their guests. They know that people will remember the sound and look of their party for years to come. Our client may want to take advantage of the opportunity to dazzle their guests.Each event is unique and should be treated as such. We don't believe there is a "one size fits all" package that meets the needs of all of our clients. That's why we offer several customizable packages from which to choose.
We take a low-key approach to each event and belive that the best way to get people involved and create positive memories is simply to PLAY GREAT MUSIC! A dynamic music mix that includes variety, requests, old favorites and hot new songs is key. A good DJ will monitor his dance floor constantly and respond accordingly. Your guests will enjoy themselves more without "forced spontaneity".
